Account and Privacy Requests
Users can delete their account from the app's Settings screen. For help, email support from the account email address and include the request type in the subject line.

Purchases and Restore
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Use Restore Purchases in the app to resync entitlements. For refunds or billing changes, use Apple's purchase support flow from the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Media and Export Issues
When contacting support, include the approximate date of the issue, the workflow used, whether the clip was recorded or imported, and whether the issue happened before or after export. Do not include passwords or private account tokens.
