Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of Voice Over AI Studio and its subscription or purchase features.

Agreement

By using Voice Over AI Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The app is licensed, not sold, for use on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless App Store Connect specifies a different EULA for this app.

Use of the App

Voice Over AI Studio lets users record or import media, review transcripts, edit spoken words, generate or clean up audio, create captions, and export shareable media. You are responsible for the content you record, import, generate, edit, export, or share.

Voice Rights and Consent

If you use voice cloning, speech-to-speech, or voice-reuse features, you must own or have authorization to use the sampled voice and resulting output. Do not clone, imitate, or generate another person's voice without permission. Voice-clone consent can be revoked from the app when the feature is enabled.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings. Free trials, if available, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

The app may offer Starter Monthly, Starter Yearly, Creator Monthly, Creator Yearly, Studio Monthly, Studio Yearly, Polish One Clip, and Boost Pack 30 Min products. Pricing, trial eligibility, and availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by region.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the app to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or voice-rights laws.
  • Do not upload or generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass quotas, entitlement checks, voice-consent checks, or safety controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, attack, overload, or interfere with the app or backend services.

Availability

Some workflows rely on network access, Apple services, Supabase, and AI providers. Features may be unavailable, delayed, or limited by provider availability, safety checks, quota, account state, or region.

Output Responsibility

You retain responsibility for reviewing generated or edited outputs before publishing or sharing them. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected results.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
